The following are our Terms and Conditions of Sale for our mail-order sales.


Where delivery is advertised, this is for mainland UK only

The sale of contract is not concluded until goods are sent out.

We only ship to confirmed/authorised PayPal/Credit Card address.

Unconfirmed/unauthorised addresses will be declined and refunded in full. We do not ship outside the UK.

All new products include VAT @ 20.00%

On an occasion where a price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, we will inform you as to the correct price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed with the order or cancel the sale and receive a full refund.

Goods are sold on the basis of the manufacturers specifications and performance data.

All goods are sold with a return to base manufacturers warranty for one year (two years with some manufacturers). Goods should be in their original packaging and with all accessories included.

Any packaging or accessories missing will be charged the following.

Standard Accessory and Packaging charge.

• Lead: £10.00 per lead inc Vat

• Instruction manual: £10.00 inc Vat

• Remote Control: £45.00 inc Vat

• Batteries: £5.00

• Packaging: £20.00


Delivery

Upon delivery of the goods please check the number of boxes and sign the carriers receipt for the numbers and write "unchecked" unless damage is apparent on the outside of the box when you should write "damaged".

Please inspect the goods right away as any faults incurred during carriage must be immediately notified to us in writing so we can notify the carrier within 24 hours.

All goods are sent via DPD or by Royal Mail.

Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason may be held at your local depot for five days. You will be notified of this.

If after five days the goods are not collected, they will be returned to us.

Returned goods to us will incur a £30.00 charge to your credit/debit card.

Returns and Refunds Policy

You have a statutory right to withdraw and cancel the contract within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that you must cancel in writing, return the goods to us at your expense (insurance recommended) which must not be damaged or soiled and should be complete with all remotes, leads and accessories etc. and in the original packaging. We will then refund you the purchase price.

• Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.

• Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.


Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

If anything is missing then charges will be as listed above. Goods which are soiled or marked will have deducted from the refund a percentage of their invoice price depending on their condition and the affect on a resale

Faulty Goods

Too many products that are returned to us that are not faulty.

This can in some cases be put down to user error.

There are two types of procedures on how we deal with goods that appear to have a fault.

   1. You receive a product, and it appears to be faulty out of the box.

We shall collect the goods, test it, and if confirmed faulty we shall arrange a replacement to be sent to them.

If the item comes back without a fault then it shall be returned to the you and there will be a £40 charge* with covers postage each way.

* N.Ireland £50 charge

The collection and return can be done on a day (Monday to Friday) at an address convenient to you.

Unless there are problems with stock the turn-around is just a matter of days.

   2. If a product develops a fault after 14 days of receipt

We shall collect the goods, test it, and if confirmed faulty we shall arrange for it to be repaired.

If the item comes back without a fault then it shall be returned to the customer and they will be liable to a £40* charge with covers postage each way.

* N.Ireland £50 charge

The collection and return can be done on a day (Monday to Friday) at an address convenient to you.

If a repair is needed, turn-around is about three weeks.
